Project: Water Ele/Bender/Elemental Beta-Version

So I had a new idea for a character and her lore, I will create two outfits, one that enhances her blue tattooes and one where she will become some kind of water avatar/elemental (zodiacish). For now this is her "starting Armor" which I bought on lvl 35 to go to WvW with her and I used some skins that don't require Transmutation Charges. I am pretty impressed with what came out, so I thought I put it here.
