Eligibility and agreement

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By agreeing to these terms when registering, you agree to follow them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

Your content

You keep all rights to your content. By publishing it, you allow GW2Style to display it and make the technical changes needed to provide the service. This permission ends when you delete the content.

Only submit content you created or have permission to use. You are responsible for what you submit.

Content rules and moderation

Do not submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, deceptive, malicious, or privacy-violating content, or misuse GW2Style in a way that disrupts the service.

We may remove content or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, comply with the law, or protect others' rights. You may ask us to review a decision by emailing [email protected].

Archived content

GW2Style preserves some content recovered from the former GW2Style site for community history. We do not claim ownership of that content. Its original creator or another rights holder may ask to claim or remove it by contacting us.

Intellectual property

GW2Style is not affiliated with or endorsed by ArenaNet or NCSOFT. Guild Wars, Guild Wars 2, their logos, and game assets belong to their respective owners.

To report content that infringes your rights, email [email protected] with your contact details, identification of the protected work and disputed content, and an explanation of your claim.

Third-party services

Images and links may rely on third-party services such as Imgur. Those services have their own terms, and GW2Style is not responsible for their availability or content.

Availability and liability

GW2Style is provided as available, without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Liability is excluded only where Dutch law permits.

Closing your account

You may ask us to close your account by emailing [email protected]. We will delete your account and submitted content, except for temporary backups or records we must keep by law. Archived content is handled under the process above.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will publish the new effective date and notify registered users before material changes take effect. We will ask for renewed agreement if a change significantly affects your rights.

Governing law and contact

Dutch law governs these terms, without limiting mandatory consumer protections or courts available to you in your EU country. Questions and legal notices may be sent to [email protected].
