Agent Flann

Agent Flann, another would-be RP characters. I never got far into her development, and mainly used her as a PvP character. But, I did toy with the idea of her being an astronomer and a whispers agent. The former is what I tried to focus on for her outfit (I mean, she'd be a fairly bad agent if she flaunted it everywhere she went, no?), and oh boy, the inquest breeches are perfect. The scarf was a last minute thing. I couldn't find any other shoulders I liked (so I'm open for suggestions on that front), and I had nobody else to use the scarf for. Also, the weapons don't matter. All weapon skins I have clip with either her ears or her outfit sadly.
