Archmage's Regalia

I wanted a bit more colour on my elementalist and also something a bit more regal. Something an archmage would wear, as a symbol of status and wealth. Not too skimpy, showing just enough to ignite a spark of interest. And so here it is. I did the sketch myself, feedback and suggestions (especially regarding the staff) are very much welcomed.
