Doctor Cold - A Scifi Villain-Inspired Look

Something went wrong. This terrible scientist is trapped into the result of his experiment forever. His chest is icy cold. His hair turns white. The vapor in the air surrounding crystallizes into snow. He's here to bring the icy doom to everything. /end fiction This is my shoutbow warrior's look. He's supposed to be the slot holder for my revenant. When I get the chance to create my revenant, his look will change. Right now I get to enjoy the look with fractal weapons; they look fantastic with the theme.
