Second look for today - one of my first characters, created during headstart - my main mesmer Mia Van Glenraven! I'm all in for breaking class-specific looks - who said all Mesmers have to wear purple and look all noble and rich? Nobody! ( said the girl who also has a mesmer wearing all purple, representing a Vabbian noble -cough- Yeaaah right ). I used to have a lot of characters wearing rather natural colors, but I got bored and made them more colorful and bold - not this one. I could add more hues to it ( and probably will ) but it's difficult to get away from neutral tones with that kind of look. I wanted her story to be.. different. Like she grew up in a tribe, unknown heritage, far away from civilization, learning about nature and different cultures, until she discovered her Mesmer magic. I can't even count how many times people whispered and asked me "Huh, since when do necromancers use swords? - Oh - wait - you're not - oh? Alright, nevermind." Anyway, I always liked the "Occultist Flame" torch, as well as the Bandit weapons, and I think they fit her really well! Not sure about the backpiece yet ( you can barely see it in the screenies anyway ), I'll probably wait for something different, but at least it's something rather unique and barely used. Her little companion, Mr. Orrian Baby Chicken, obviously had to get some screen-time as well! Her armor: Head - Feathered Headpiece Shoulder Armor - Trickster's Mantle Chest Armor - Primitive Chestwraps Hand Armor - Trickster's Gloves ( can't see them, though ) Leg Armor - Primitive Legwraps Foot Armor - Trickster's Shoes Backpiece - Elegant Armorsmith's Backpack Her weapons: Bandit weapons + "Occultist Flame" Dyes: Head - Orange Shade + Orange Shade + Peach Tint Shoulders - Cocoa + Peach Tint Chest - Cocoa + Peach Tint + Peach Tint Gloves - Cocoa + Peach Tint + Peach Tint Leggings - Cocoa + Cocoa + Peach Tint Boots - Cocoa + Peach Tint + Peach Tint I hope you like it! :) P.s. the pictures are not edited (besides being cut smaller), I just use lots and lots of shaders. I also added a screenshot without any shaders/manipulation but on the highest settings possible for those, who play without ReShade/GemFX/SweetFX. :)
