Charr Sorceress

For this design, I wanted something that was reminiscent of standard wizard robes and attire, but that also was clearly Charr based, which is why I used the heavier-looking gloves and complex chest piece for a more armored feel. However, I think it could still be improved, especially with my limited set of skins.
