Eletro-glow Engineer III

I've resolved several issues with this build. By adopting the T-3 Sylvari Cultural Coat I was able to both maintain the leafy exterior and the Aetherblade armguards, lost with the T-2 coat. It also allows me to introduce another color to the build. I changed out the Scientific Rifle for the Sylvari counterpart, the Verdant Rifle, which maintains the color scheme better. The pièce de résistance was the addition of the Fervid Censer as a back item. I maintained the bright colors,essential to this look.
