[Mad King] Poltergeist- Ghost Witch

She Is LA's resident poltergeist. She can animate non-living objects, levitate at will, appear and disappear, move through walls, and generally cause mayhem. She was killed stealing an ax from Black Lion Agents. She particularly likes haunting their vaults. She can often be seen in the center of the Mystic Forge or floating in impossibly high places.
