Elegance is a poofy skirt

My first look created without intentionally copying any particular existing style. I've always wanted to give my Sylvari Elementalist a unique look, but have never been a fan of most of the looks other people use (or am unable to use some of the pieces because they're cultural armor!) My goal for this outfit was to make a look that did not include any "gated" pieces (cultural armor, gem shop, or armor from previous content). I love gold+blue in any armor, so this one is a personal favorite of mine. Hope you guys think the same! btw imgur kept eating the quality of the pictures, so I apologize if the pictures are not as good as they should be!
