As the title implies, this look is based off the Death Maidens from Diablo 3, specifically the expansion Reaper of Souls. Fitting look then for a Reaper! Trying to get a look that matches exactly is near impossible, but items added by HoT have certainly made a more accurate look possible. Weapons are Final Rest and Reaper's Greatsword.
