Tempest Storm

So expansion launched and I decided it was time for my ele to get a new look. Once I finished tempest I saw the loop and I thought I could make it work in an outfit. My thought was that it could look really good in a steampunk sort of style. So this is what I came up with! Ideally I'd like to use the new guild pants with this, but alas upgrades.
