A native of Lion's Arch before its destruction at the hands of Scarlet, Fawne Lisbeth tried very hard not to be festive. Ultimately, she failed, and can be seen reveling in the joyous activities all throughout Divinity's Reach. She can't find the wreath she had intended to put on her door.
