Tempest

My entry for the legendary contest. What can I say, I love all the shinies and extra effects you can get without being overly tacky in doing so. I try to make my palettes simple and harmonious with all the things in my ensemble, so you won't just see me colour pick all the legendary colours and slap them on my outfit. Also, I love zodiac boots and will use them always, till the end of time.
