Lily - Ascent

Don't be fooled by her "angel-like" look, Lily's blades are as sharp (and fatal) as always. My thief's new look! I even have a whole story with this character ^^ So I wanted to share it with you :) I also had fun with photoshop with some of those screens (first three ones and last two ones) as you can tell xD Note : on the main image, the look is vanilla. I only retouched what's around her. I am not a writter so this is really just an idea of what's playing in my head ^^ THE CRACK With all Elder Dragons, one by one, violently shaking Tyria more and more, chaos keeps spreading like wildfires. Death and corruption lead to the end of many tyrians. Where was life and joy before, is now reigning new dangereously powerful creatures bringing "Hells" at the surface. This is what some people call "The Crack" LILY'S ASCENT Forget Lily as you knew her. While all supernaturally magical forces have changed durig the "Crack", Lily went herself through some changes. Indeed, she got..."ascended", as some might say. It is unknow how Lily went trough those changes, not even herself knows the source of her new powers, abilities and...you know...wings. Some ancient forsaken gods? Maybe those strange creatures living in Tarir? Doesn't matter for her. From now, she knows how great she kicks ass that's all that matters. Lily also knows what she has to do : to explore the forsaken lands and seek for the restablishment of "the Balance" by carefully and strategically fighting the chaos installed in the different realms of Tyria and the Mists. PREVIOUS FORMS Lily was born from the mists and frozen rivers from Niflheim until her soul took the human-form of a young street rat in Divinity's Reach. The blue is also a good way to echo her "past-self". My will to show a twisted god-like human is the reason why I've chosen to sometimes use pistols on the screens and to choose landscapes with a post-apocalyptic or dark surrealistic atmosphere.
