Illusion of Sunset - Soleste

This one is vaguely sky-inspired. Specifically, I wanted to capture a subtle essence of a sunset in with an otherwise dark outfit. (Basically, the embroidery fades from blue to pink as it goes up.) This whole design is based on this character, Soleste's, growth. She has entered a position in which she must take up the mantle of her beloved cousin, Élyssa, as the spearhead of her legacy. Soleste has been brought to her knees many times, and her style reflects her reaction: she has become professional with her dealings, lethal with her actions, and has donned a mask to hide her vulnerabilities. -- "Élyssa, you're everything I hope to be." "And I hate who I've become."
