I am not mordrem

Rumour has it, there's a mysterious warrior wandering the jungle, slaying everything in her way, but I know better. This warrior is not a mordrem, it's my friend Braen, or... what's left of her. We joined the Vigil together and celebrated the victory over Zhaitan with the pact. Every battle, we fought side by side, but when mordermoth destroyed the pact fleet, I lost track of her. I managed to survive with help of other pact soldiers and some friendly hylek. One day a strange looking armour wandered into our camp. She said nothing, just looked around. Under the heavy armour I recognized my friend, which I believed dead. I approached her, talked to her, but I got no answer. Something was strange about her. A bit afraid I finally asked: "Are you mordrem?" She instantly looked at me, I saw her eyes through the glasses of her helmet starring at me. "No...", she murmured: "Not me...". Then she turned away from me and said loudly: "I'm not mordrem, no! Never!" Her words changed into a scream: "Not me, never, I'm not mordrem!" She started shaking and drew her weapons: "You won't get me, I'm not yours!" She suddenly leaped at me, trying so slash my head off. I ducked away and managed to dodge her attack. My comrades reacted quickly and tried to knock her down. "I'm not mordrem!", she screamed again. Finally we got her under control and put her in chains. I was still in shock about my friends action. She was clearly not mordrem, but definitely out of her senses. She was calm after this incident. When I heard mordremoth's voice in my head, she began to shiver and kept saying, she's not mordrem. I think she was fighting mordremoth's thoughts in her head... Some hylek told me, they saw her in the jungle. A trail of dead animals marked her path. She even killed a hunter from a rival hylek tribe... After mordremoth was defeated, she was brought to the prison of Rata Sum for safekeeping. She didn't attack anyone since then, but still did not speak a word. ---- Hey guys :) I was playing with some armour in the preview and this is how it ended up. I started with a natural theme, but there were too many culutral parts involved for my taste. So I swapped around and in the end just kept the boots. They do not perfectly fit the rest of the look, but I like their silhouette very much and it is supposed to look a bit random xD In the end I aimed for a heavy, jungle-like theme that makes my revenant look a bit crazy, since she lost her mind while fighting mordremoth's thougths. Well, it's very different from what I usually do and it's not really a "pretty" look, but I think, that's what I like about it :)
