The Faun

Countless species of animals and creatures are known all over Tyria. There are some beings however, whose existence is uncertain. Myths and tales are on everyone’s lips, but the truth remains obscure. One specific tale is about a being, half humanoid, half goat. It is said that “The Faun” watches narrowly lonely striders and wanderers. Mostly rumoured to be seen in forests and groves, the Faun is believed to protect such landscapes, full of magic and life itself. Harmless to everyone who lives in peace with nature, the Faun is shy and usually avoids unnatural sounds, such as talk and rattling tools. But there is also a dark side to this tale. The ones who enter the woodlands, standing under the protection of the Faun, are doomed a cruel fate! Whoever mistreats flora and fauna in front of this creature’s eyes, will never be seen again. It hunts with a wooden bow, never missing a single arrow. It crushes its enemy’s skulls with a hammer, so heavy no other creature could lift it. And if needed, the nature itself is on the Fauns command! You are better off, treating living things nicely! If you do so, you might even hear the Fauns mesmerizing playing of the flute … but don’t seek its location, it is shy remember? Hey guys, the Hylek here o/ I was experimenting with some armor pieces and suddenly found this leg-boot comb. It looked very much like a satyr to me, so i gave this theme a go ;D The tip of the boots resembles a hoof imo and the bulky legpiece looks a bit like fur to me! For the rest of the comb i was searching something that would fit a rams style. The helmet was quite obvious to take and i think the shoulders give a good rammy feeling ;D The gloves had those little spikes which fit the shoulders and leg-piece, so i went for them. The chest-piece created a somewhat tribal appearence, which i liked here. For the colours i tried to keep it subtle. I hope you like the theme and the screens ive taken :D Cya next time o/
