Highborn Tempest

Classy & feminine! My tempest dressed up as a noble young lady. I don't know if it's a very common combination but I like it all the same. There is a rather harsh line between the top and the skirt but I imagine the top being more of a corset on top of the skirt and whatever undergarments she wears. As I am a fan of colorful outfits I went with a beautiful but not too bright blue shade. Looks slightly royal? I switch between the mask headpiece and the cabalist hood. Had to incorporate the color from the details on the top(undyeable :c) in her shoulder and boots to make it match better.
