Engineering Viper

I don't actually have an inspiration behind this. I just thought it looked good and decided to upload it. The sneakthief leggings are surprisingly good looking if the top portion is covered. Also, this is the first outfit I received a compliment on out of the blue, in-game. So why not? I was just standing at the BLTC Weapon Vendor and I got a compliment on it. Also featured are HOPE and a Gold Fractal Pistol.
