Elonian Relic Hunter

When I was a progeny in Rata Sum, one of the mentors brought in an ancient relic. It was a golden goblet. He explained, that it was discovered in a ruin on the elonian island Istan. It found it's way to Kryta with the traveling Zephyrites. Stupid piece of metal, I tought. A simple drinking cup of some long dead elonian nobleman seemed pretty boring to me. The mentor took us to his laboratory. In there he had an apparatus, that could make energy flow visible. He put the goblet inside and turned it on. It was amazing. On the monitor I could see a massive cloud of energy around the goblet. At some times the energy would just flow regularly around the golden cup, but sometimes it started to pulsate. One time it pulsated so strong, that one of the test tubes from another apparatus shattered. It was after this, that the professor turned off the apparatus and hid the goblet in a black box. The box would keep its energy inside, he explained. Also, there are many relics out the in the world, he told us, that contain strange energies or magic. It would be a great breakthrough, if we could find a way to recover and use these energies. From this day on, I am fascinated with ancient object, especially from Elona. I gathered every piece of information about Elona and was even able to recover some elonian relics. My theory is, that the way, these magical object were created, can tell us how to use the magic kept inside of them. I was planing an expedition to Elona, but since the Desert Gate is closed, it seems impossible to get there, the stupid guards would not let me through. I hoped to travel there with the help of the Zephyrites, but then this stupid sylvari came and thought it would be fun to blow up their ships. You should not let plants play with explosives, I almost died in this incident and my chance to get to Elona, well it died for real. I need to find another way to get there, but until then, maybe I could try to convince the Priory to let me into their secret library. I know there is one, and they can not say no forever. -- Hey guys! This is my mesmer in a kind of desert/elonian outfit. The screens show her in a "desert survival training", since she plans to travel to Elona one day (she's a total Elona nerd xD) and the surroundings suit the look^^ I tried to create a bit of an exotic feeling with the dyes and armor, but still not too fancy. I thought the Zenith weapons could really shine on this look (they are kinda boring to me usual) and I also used some desert/ancient relic like weapons. Well, let me know, what you think^^
