Probably not going to be the most popular of descriptions due to the following sentence: but I love having a character with turquoise hair as I am inspired by Kylie Jenner's black-turquoise ombré hair. I wanted a look that matched the turquoise hair while retaining a theme of elegancy (the Leyline crown and Wings of Dwayna) yet nightmareish (Arah skirt), due to this character being a Necromancer.
