Melandru's Ranger

In my dream I was running. I felt the leafs and the soft ground of the forest under my feed. I heard the wind in the branches, the singing of the birds and the quiet buzzing of tiny insects. Then I awoke in the circle of dawn. My brothers and sisters taught me about the world I awoke in and told me the time of dreaming was over now. But it wasn't for me. Sometimes I still had the dreams of running through the woods and when I awoke, I would find my self in places I've never been before. I didn't know how I got there, maybe I was walking in my sleep. I always had problems remembering my dreams. I could recall some details only. Sometimes it seemed like I was talking in the dream, but it wasn't me. My mouth moved, but the voice speaking wasn't mine. It was stronger, deeper and it sometimes gave me chills. One of my mentor gave me a white snow owl. It would look out for me, while I was sleep walking, he said. Also, he told me to visit Hoelbrak and talk to the Norn, since they are familiar with the spirits of the wild, which could be connected to my dreams. The Norn shamans couldn't decide, which spirit could be responsible for my dreams. It wasn't till I came across some quaggan in Gendarran Fields. They told me about Mellaggan their goddess. She is also known as Melandru, one of the human gods, but the quaggan denied that the both are the same. So I went to Divinities Reach to see a priestess of Melandru. She looks at me, long and in silence. Then she told me, that the gods have left our world long time ago. However, some of their power still lingers here. She explained part of this power takes over me in my sleep. It's like Melandru chose me as her avatar in this world. She also told me not to fight this power and offered me to teach me how to use it. -- Hey guys^^ Someone has posted a melandru inspiried look recently. I really liked the idea, so I decided, it was time to give my ranger a new look. I couldn't manage to create something, that could actually be melandru, but I ended up with this very natural look. I also kept some artificial part like the boots for the ranger feeling. So, well, hope you like it :)
