Ley-Infused Sentinel

The concept behind this character is a charr sentinel that is taking advantage of the new discoveries happening around/in the maguuma involving ley-energy and bringing it back home to fight the dragonbrand. Charr in general may not like magic but they are also very pragmatic and this one will use whatever gives her an edge to protect her people.
