My sources within the Priory were able to dig up this file after we started getting your reports of a mechanized Charr within the Maguuma Jungle. My associates and I believe that the creature smuggled aboard one of the airships before take off. Regardless it doesn't look good, I'd advocate avoiding contact at this point, it looks to may have an appetite for magic. Anyway here is the file I mentioned. -Dobo File #33 Project: Faceless Affiliation: Former Ash Legion, Documents on file discovered in a weapons lab in the basement of a home in central Ebonhawk. Our Priory representatives were tracking traces of Ley Energy within the Fields of Ruin when the readings brought them to the remains of a lab. The facility appeared to be abandoned with indications of some sort of altercation. There were the remains of three individuals present, one Human two Charr. Many of the documents were in reference to the construction, augmentation and weaponizing of individuals. Augmentations looked Aether in design however our resident Ley Cartographer mentioned seeing similar technology during her time within the Fractal Reliquary. The only intact file we were able to recover was in reference to a "Project Faceless". The subject used within the project was a captured Ash Legion operative. No name on file. Subject augmented with increased motor function and agility. Implants in both paws and legs allow the subject to traverse terrain and infiltrate previously impossible locations. Enhanced thermo imaging allows the subject to track targets based on heat signatures. Camouflage enabled suit allows subject to remain undetected for long periods of time. The suit housing the subject is powered by Ley and Magical energy, subject required to return periodically to lab for charging. Based on documentation the subject had a ravenous appetite for magical energies often attacking Non-target magical individuals. The project appears to have been scrapped following the subjects frequent attacks on non-targets and lab members. The files indicate it was placed in stasis awaiting decommission. It appears that the project was attempting to use and control weaponized soldiers to destabilize the Charr region. Based on other items found within the home and lab our team came to the conclusion that efforts were being made by some in the Ebon Vanguard to destroy the alliance between the other three Charr Legions. Most activities were in the realm of either assassination, infiltration or sabotage. Due to the state of the lab whatever was housed here likely escaped before it was decommissioned. If any Priory Researches come in contact with subject do not engage. Images of sightings attached.
