Reaper of Jormag

The reapers of Jormag have an unknown origin as to noone knows their beginnings. Some say departed themselves from original reapers, to guide the thousands killed weekly by Jormag, because that is a job in itself. They roam the icy north but can be found as far as to reach the Maguuma's colder areas. They have not been known to attack beings, but they are cold enough to cause you harm when near one. The boots are optional do to the fact they are mostly hidden. I use the whisperers because I found tehm the most dark. Up to you.
