Roy'al Mesmer

There are many mesmer in the world of Tyria.. But few you can trust. Queen Jenna's mesmer personal are a group of skilled, powerful, and cunning Chronomancers. Coming from the far south, mesmers of this intelligence come from a private academy(classified) of Jenna's own funding. There they start at certain levels(grades if you will) and work their way up until graduation. If they do make it to graduation(and very few do) they are moved to Queensdale to do work. The staff is the 'Keepsake Staff' and the shield is 'Opulent Defender'. I chose that staff out of fun. There is better matching staves out there so that is optional for you.
