Rocket Wrencher

A look that can only be used by charr. It is intended for scrapper engineers and was originally designed around the Scrapper's Hammer weapon. It attempts to use metallic items with a slight amount of rust for that "I'm in the Iron Legion" look. I use the Spinal Blade pack, because it looks simple and matches the theme of the Rocket Charge ability. More advanced versions of the back slot item can be used as a substitute.
