They say that female charr mesmers are the rarest combination of stat/gender/profession in the game, but that makes me scratch my head. I mean, really, are there more /male/ charr mesmers out there? I have to admit, though, this particular combination is quite tricky to come up with good looks for. I wanted to get away from the stereotypical heavy-armor style of charr fashion and "lighten" things up a bit. After all, you don't see snow leopards IRL with a ton of armor to keep them warm. I chose bright white as a base color because it's purdy and I wanted a northern-ish theme. I chose light purple as a secondary color because, well, she's a mesmer. I wanted to play up the illusion theme, so I added crystalline wings (which I am not too sure of) and mist weapons because they are transparent, and in certain lights, don't look like they're even there at all. The foefire wraps were added because I liked the glowy text and thought it matched well with an illusion theme, plus, the purple flames emitted from them match the blur from the mist weapons. Scarf was added to match the foefire wraps. Wraps on wraps, I guess. Then, I gave her cut-off pants! Funny, huh? Psst. They aren't really cut-offs, just the pants/boots combo make em look like they are. I am still practicing with the camera/screenshots, though I feel like these came out better than my last look!
