Oh, sweet mother of death, cover me with your gentle wings. Now, in my fatal hour, protect me in this journey to the underworld. Goddess of mine, whose domains are the darkness, let me see that which is hidden by the moonlight! Ahai! Since the expansion was announced I had high expectations for creating a character inspired by the ancient egypt. I can say that I have achieved it, and I love the final result. I was inspired by the ancient egyptian deity Nephthys, a protective goddess who symbolizes the death experience, and always associated with funerary rites. What better option than a character whose profession is a necromancer! She also represents the air, so she could take the form of a bird. For the same, Nephthys often was depicted as a woman with wings, usually outstretched as a symbol of protection. When I thought about the outfit, the natural and golden dyes came to my mind immediately. I wanted something that would combine with the desert, the jewelry they used in the ancient egypt (gold and lapis lazuli), and at the same, time something that would look good with the colours of the new specialization, the scourge. And here it is. Hope you like it!
