Frost Queen

First time I'm uploading my outfit here. I know this color combination isn't the most original but she does has 'Frost' in her name so that was the look I was going for. :p Dyes used are Electro Blue, Eternal Ice, and Blue Ice. I would use Glint's Sanctuary instead of Blue Ice but alas, I can't bring myself to spend so much gold on a dye.
