Lunar Deadshot

The Nornfolk have plenty of folklore and tales to tell within their culture. Whether it be frightening stories to tell their children, or magnificent boasts about ancient beasts that reside deep within the snowy woods. Like all stories, these fables become twisted and unrecognizable over the years. The true legend is lost to time and eventually it is forever forgotten. But not all myths end that way. Deep within the Shiverpeaks, only a few elders murmur a fading tale to one another. Whispers of a beast woven from leaves and bark, donning armor covered in dark, black blades. Some call her the Moon Huntress, others call her the Lunar Deadshot. Those who know the tale claim that she wields a rifle made with pure moon dust. Some say she has bright eyes as mesmerizing as the morning sky and making eye contact is bad luck. Another person might tell you that once you're in her scope, you won't have time to blink an eye, let alone look at her. Many Norn laugh in the face of this tall tale, claiming that it's just a scary story for children. And, perhaps they are right. Maybe the Lunar Deadshot is just a myth, but the broken bodies covered in bullet holes stowed away in the dark, wintry forests may tell you otherwise. -- Hello everyone!
