Hey Guys, with the new pants from the new update, I had to think of the Tiki mask and created a look. Tiki or Tiki figures are figures carved from wood or nephrite, which are common in the ancestral worship of some South Sea cultures. They are anthropomorphic figures with slightly oversized heads and grotesque faces. The heads are often tilted slightly to the side as if they were listening. The bodies are mostly decorated with ornaments that imitate the ritual tattoos of Polynesian priests. In the language of Maori New Zealand the term Tiki means "first human" or "first man". So-called Hei-Tiki refer to small figures which are often carved from Pounamu (nephrite, also called New Zealand jade) and worn on a flax cord as an amulet around the neck. According to popular belief they should listen to the prayers, songs and requests of the wearer (which explains their heads inclined to the side) and protect him from mishaps and imprecations. i hope you like it ;) ~ morv
