Its suppose to be a Cocktail Waitress Uniform but it also looks like a high end French Maid. Ether works for Halloween. Optional: The cat ears are optional. I just though they look cute with this clothing and since its Halloween. Optional: The shoulder piece is also optional. I personally think it look better without them. So I left them hidden.
