Being a norn ranger that wants to show off her namesake tattoos is very difficult, the whisper's chest is the best chest piece I have found that does this. I wish I could find some other leggings that I like, but sadly most other leggings look strange with the whisper's chest piece or cover part of the star tattoo around her bellybutton. I like to leave the boots and gloves simple to not take attention away from her defining features. I like to use a blue color scheme to match her tattoos and one of my friends gave me illumination dye when I mostly had no dyes and I have just kept it as part of her color scheme ever since.
